nüma tourism (nüma GmbH) was founded in 2016 by Ms Dalya Altuntepe. The company specialises in tour operation, representation and PR, with a particular focus on Türkiye, the Balkans and Central Asia.

Our managing director, Ms. Dalya Altuntepe, has gained personal insights into the entire Central Asian region through her extensive travels to the most remote locations. As a recognized expert, she possesses profound knowledge of the culture, history, tourist destinations and mentality of the region. Leveraging her well-founded expertise, she not only provides her tourism partners with high professional competence but also offers personalized service in meeting their needs and achieving their goals in the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

We are a member of the German Travel Association (DRV), which represents the interests of the travel industry in Germany, and are involved in the areas of politics, business and public relations, inter alia as an active member of the DRV’s foreign committee, where we advise in particular on travel destinations such as Uzbekistan and Türkiye. We are also a long-standing member of the AHK Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our extensive tourism network extends from the German/Central European market to Türkiye and Central Asia.

Our location in the heart of Europe gives us the best and most cost-effective access to various sales markets. Our office is located in the most densely populated federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia and is easily accessible thanks to its good links to the motorway network. In addition, three international airports (Düsseldorf, Cologne, Dortmund) are in the immediate vicinity. The favourable location enables us to reach major cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Brussels, Frankfurt or Hamburg within a few hours.
